Dirupi vineyards are located in the municipalities of Sondrio,&amp;nbsp;Montagna, Poggiridenti (in Valtellina) in the most suitable areas of the sub Grumello and Valtellina Superiore Inferno areas. Historic vineyards are planted on terraced land located on the side of the Rhaetian Alps of the Valtellina, southern exposure. 
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;For harvesting, collecting, by hand, typically occurs in the second to third week of October.
&amp;nbsp;
The wine provides a de-stemmed and a very soft pressing of grapes, bunches arrive perfectly intact in the cellar, the fermentation takes place in steel with long maceration medium, from 12 to 30 days.


It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels of 225 Lt, then in bottle for a further refinement of 6 months preceding the sale.

Grapes: 100% nebbiolo &amp;ndash; chiavennasca.

The vinification and the maturation: &amp;nbsp;The bunches collected by hand from 10 to 20 October, were vinified by the red wine method with temperature-controlled fermentation. The maceration lasted 8 days. After a stay in stainless steel, 50% of the wine was transferred into small once and twice used oak barrels while 50% went into 30-50 hl oak vats. 
The wine: The Inferno has a deep garnet in color, strong bouquet and composite, with notes of bitter spices (clove, cinnamon), dried flowers (pink, purple) and plum jam and taste is smooth, round, with great personality. It 's a long-lived wine, and excellent balance of backbone material suitable for long aging.
&amp;nbsp;
Optimum keeping: 6/10 years in bottles stored horizontally in cool, dark conditions.
&amp;nbsp;
Serving temperature: 18&amp;deg; C.

With its deep garned red colour, this still young, anniversary wine proves to have an interesting bouquet once poured, reminiscent of stewed&amp;nbsp; plums, black cherries, cedar wood and freshly polished leather. The longer you inhale it, the more complex the aroma of glaceed fruits, dark chocolates and a little pipe tobacco. The pleasure continues on the palate, particularly as this wine expertly combines two souls dwelling in one body. On the one hand, there is its dynamic freshness, on the other hand its tradidional warmth. You will first experience the aroma of a touch of gooseberries and orange sherbet, a few seconds later of raisins and cinnamon parfait. And its finale is just as exciting, not to mention the fine, almost silky tannins that provide the structure for the balanced fruitiness of the wine.

The &amp;ldquo;Intrigo&amp;rdquo; is an assemblage made of 60% Nebbiolo grapes from Veltlin and 40% Pinot Noir.
Pnot Noir and Nebbiolo grapes are rather light in colour. Thus, the wine as a light, crimson shine to it. The charm of the Pinot Noir grape welcomes you when you take your first whiff, with its wonderful, fruity scent of wild strawberries, blackcurrants and pepper.
On the palate, the Nebbiolo takes centre stage. Its delicate, slightly dusty tannins mix with floral notes reminiscent of violets and withered roses. The finale is marked by elegance, finesse and intellect &amp;ndash; three characteristics that form the basis of great Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo wines. They need time to unfold their true greatness.

DESCRIPTION
As ruby significantly concentrated almost impenetrable and consistent. Olfactory impact heavily incisive, deep laid out on a wide range from which stand out sweet scents of ripe fruit, blackberry and black cherry, spicy, undergrowth, tostaura, chocolate and balsamic notes. Enveloping and dense on the palate, full bodied, it offers very compact tannins and nuances final with memories of chocolate.

Grapes: 50% Sangiovese, 45% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: harvest period is from the beginning of&amp;nbsp;September until the beginning of&amp;nbsp;October. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 30&amp;deg;-32&amp;deg; C.; must contact is 20 days. The Malolactic fermentation is made in barriques immediately following the alcoholic fermentation.&amp;ugrave;
Maturation Method: two thirds in new, one third in used barriques for 20 months plus 4 months in the bottle.
Alcoholic content:14,5 vol%.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Intense ruby colour, sometimes impenetrable, from shades of violet. It has a young wine perfume, which has a fully integrated plant with the sweet fruit of raspberry and strawberry. A close, a nice spicy black pepper, clove and sweet tobacco. The mouth shows immediately a great softness: to accentuate the feeling there is a fine tannin and a concentration above the average. The complex and long finish dominated by a pleasant aftertaste of chocolate.

The Concert Fonterutoli is a &amp;quot;supertuscan&amp;quot; made from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. The history of Mazzei is intertwined since the Middle Ages with the history of Chianti. In addition to the Chianti vineyards of Castello di Fonterutoli (117 hectares of vineyard, divided into five zones: Fonterutoli, Siepi, Badiola, Belvedere and Caggio, the company acquired in March 2006), belong to the family Mazzei also held Belguardo and Zisola, respectively located in Tuscany and in South Eastern Sicily, which put the brand Mazzei of the most important Italian wine in the world, thanks to a productive approach perfectly capable of combining tradition and innovation.

DESCRIPTION
The Braccesca Estate, the first acquisition by Marchesi Antinori date back to 1990, is located a few kilometers from Montepulciano, in the quadrant south-east of Tuscany, on the border with Umbria. It has a total area of 380 hectares, divided into two parts: the main one, of 294 hectares, of which 151 are currently planted with vines, is situated between the town of Montepulciano and Cortona.

&amp;nbsp;
Vinification and ageing: Merlot grapes come from vineyards of Fattoria La Braccesca. Recently completed the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was placed in barrels for an aging period of about 14 months. Has subsequently been further refined for nearly a year in bottle.
&amp;nbsp;
Alcoholic content: 13,5% vol.
&amp;nbsp;
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Very full red colour wine; its perfume is intense and fruity with hints of vanilla. The taste is rich and well-structured and very persistent.
&amp;nbsp;
FOOD MATCHING: the serving temperature is around 18 &amp;deg; C. It 'a very good table wine, which goes well with roasts and game.

About Tenuta Nozzole
This historic estate is located in the Chianti Classico region at Passo dei Pecorai, Greve in Chianti (30 Km south of Florence). Part of the Folonari family since 1971, the estate consists of 385 hectares with more than 70 planted with vineyards. The estate dates back to 1300 and is well known for the quality of its wines. The Fattoria di Nozzole was first mentioned in the Cronache Fiorentine by Villani, an author of Tuscan history. In addition to &amp;quot;Pareto&amp;quot;, a classic among Super Tuscans, the vineyards also produce Nozzole Chianti Classico, &amp;quot;La Forra&amp;quot; Chianti Classico Riserva and &amp;quot;Le Bruniche&amp;quot; Chardonnay. In 2005, the estate&amp;rsquo;s newest product will debut: &amp;ldquo;Villa di Nozzole&amp;rdquo; Special Selection Chianti Classico 2003.

Vinification: Made with grapes of the same name cultivated at the Tenuta di Nozzole in the Greve in Chianti region at an altitude of approximately 300 meters.

Colour: very intense ruby red.
Bouquet: aromas of vanilla and forest berries.
Taste: dry, persistent, elegant, with soft tannins throughout.

DESCRIPTION
The territory of Montalcino&amp;nbsp;is Tuscan grape par excellence. the Sangiovese combined with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah gives birth to a rare Supertuscan of structure and character. Produced only in great vintages is one of the best examples of the capacity to join innovations with the wise tradition.

Grapes: Sangiovese &amp;ndash; cloni provenienti da selezione interna &amp;ndash; (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Syrah (20%).
&amp;nbsp;
Vinification and ageing: produced only in the best vintages: the three varieties are vinified separately by maceration from 10 to 18 days. After fermentation, the wines produced from each variety of grapes are transferred in barrels and they remain separated for 12 months. Subsequently it is produced the blend, which continues its retting timber for other 8-10 months. Then there is an aging in bottle for 6 months.

Alcoholic content: 13-13,5% vol.

Colour: very intense ruby red.
Perfume: it is rich and wide. The characters of Cabernet and Syrah create an explosion of sensations.

            DESCRIPTION
            The strict selection practiced in the production of Luce gave to Lamberto Frescobaldi, the wine maker, the opportunity to exploit the precious harvest of Sangiovese and Merlot to create Lucente. 
            The blend of Lucente is completed with Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 15 months in barrique barrels of Montalcino, and is bottled locally. 
            Lucente shows a typical Tuscan presenting with excellent body and a complex aroma. The first vintage was 1995, and it was presented in the spring of 1998.

            Grapes: 20 % Merlot, 35% sangiovese, 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon.
            Ageing : 12 months in wooden barrels.
            &amp;nbsp;
            Organoleptic characteristics:
            Colour: bright ruby red color of considerable concentration and texture.
            &amp;nbsp;
            Perfume: olfactory notes are elegant and balanced: first mild vanilla scent, made from the finest fresh balsamic scent. Then the bag is enriched with aromatic tertiary known as fur and leather, which are also space for notes and cherry jam. 
            
            &amp;nbsp;
            Taste: the mouth is surrounded by a wide body, which is held regularly, where the tannins are very good plot, fine and thin, but still alive and effective. The finish is sweet, tasty, attractive.

            FOOD MATCHING: Lucente is the wine of a high class and personality but also versatile, it is the ideal companion for refined menu based on regional and international cuisines.

DESCRIPTION
The top-product of the Brancaia brand. The Supertuscan IL BLU proves the performance of Brancaia in terms of elegance, complexity and intensity. 
Until the 1997 vintage, the wines of Brancaia were made in the cellar of the family Mazzei, owner of Castello di Fonterutoli under the direction of Barbara Kronenberg-Widmer, daughter of the owners, at the head of the company. 
Formerly called Brancaia only from 2000 and renamed &amp;quot;The Blue&amp;quot;, Brancaia is the best product of this company. The owners are Brigitte and Bruno Widmer, from Switzerland, but the effective maker of Brancaia&amp;nbsp;is the famous winemaker Carlo Ferrini, elected by the Wine Enthusiast magazine as the best winemaker in the world for 2007.
&amp;nbsp;
Grapes: 50% Sangiovese, 45% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: harvest period is from the beginning of&amp;nbsp;September until the beginning of&amp;nbsp;October. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 30&amp;deg;-32&amp;deg; C.; must contact is 20 days. The Malolactic fermentation is made in barriques immediately following the alcoholic fermentation.&amp;ugrave;
Maturation Method: two thirds in new, one third in used barriques for 20 months plus 4 months in the bottle.
Alcoholic content: 14,5 vol%.

Organoleptic characteristics: 

Colour: ruby red. 

Perfume: the Brancaia reveals immediately all its enveloping intensity, &amp;quot;stunned&amp;quot; the taster with a kaleidoscope of sensations odorous: ripe fruit, oriental spices, hints of roasted notes of underbrush, timber, tobacco sweet, hints of cocoa. 

Taste: in the mouth is powerful, of great volume and smoothness, with good correspondence taste-olfactory. The persistence is quite long.

FOOD MATCHING: as a rule, food with pronounced taste, dark meat such as beef or lamb, roast or braised game, darkfeathered game such as pigeon or pheasant.
